Emaar Properties, a master developer, announced on Thursday the opening of a new Dh100 billion Dubai Mansions project, which would include 40,000 ultra-luxury houses.
The project will be built within Emaar Hills, one of the city’s newest master-planned communities.
The project includes a small number of ultra-luxury houses ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet.
The developer stated that residents will have direct access to a championship golf course, wellness and leisure facilities, premium shopping locations, and a network of manicured parks that promote balance and community.
Emaar described Dubai Mansions as the crown gem of Emaar Hills, a luxury development in one of the emirate’s most desirable sites.
