The area now known as Dubailand, which spans the city’s centre, used to be a remote suburb that was difficult to access and that prospective inhabitants approached with a tinge of scepticism. Nonetheless, since the district’s creation of magnificent and sizable residential communities like Arabian Ranches 2, Town Square Community, and Damac Hills in the late 2010s, it has flourished into one of the most well-liked regions for families. The latter, which is the developer Damac’s flagship project, is their first attempt at creating a master-planned community.
With a total of 15 apartment complexes (some of which are divided into numerous phases), 23 Damac Hills villas for sale, townhouse clusters, and a Radisson hotel that will open in early 2021, Damac Hills offers a wide variety of homes throughout an approximately 42 million square foot area.
