Nakheel, a branch of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has debuted a brand-new collection of exclusive waterfront residences at Palm Jebel Ali.
The latest release features 11 architecturally distinctive house models under the Beach and Coral collections, each offering a distinctive take on contemporary coastal living, and construction is proceeding swiftly. With direct beachfront access and wide views of the Arabian Gulf, each house model was developed in partnership with globally renowned architecture firms.
The Beach Collection features villas with five or six bedrooms that are between 7,500 and 8,500 square feet in size. With their simple lines and large glass facades overlooking the horizon, designs like Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper, and Bluejay by SAOTA, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, and Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects all demonstrate remarkable simplicity.
Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage are some of the designs available for the 11,500–12,500 square foot, six–and seven-bedroom homes in the Coral Collection. produced by LW Design Group, SAOTA, LOCI, and NAGA Architects.
In addition to the residential options, Palm Jebel Ali will feature a Friday Mosque and a 9,000 square meter shopping mall created by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). Up to 1,000 worshippers can fit in the mosque.
Palm Jebel Ali is a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area, comprising seven islands over 13.4 kilometers with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometers of shoreline. Through the integration of sustainable design concepts, smart city technologies, and vibrant public spaces, the project reimagines the future of waterfront life in the emirate. It is consistent with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
